Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking an experienced Operating Theatre Nurse with endoscopy expertise to join its HealthHub Clinics network in Dubai. In this role, you will provide high-quality perioperative care, support surgical and endoscopic procedures, and maintain the highest standards of patient safety in state-of-the-art surgical suites.

What You’ll Do
• Prepare and maintain sterile environments for surgical and endoscopic procedures
• Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and specialists during operations
• Monitor patient status and vital signs throughout perioperative care
• Handle surgical instruments and endoscopy equipment with precision and adherence to protocols
• Support safe patient positioning, preparation, and recovery
• Ensure accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient records
• Promote adherence to infection control and safety regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes

Ideal Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Operating Theatre Nurse, preferably with endoscopy exposure
• Strong knowledge of surgical protocols, sterile techniques, and perioperative patient care
• BLS Certification (mandatory); ACLS/PALS preferred
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Proficient in digital health systems and medical documentation
