We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced pathologist to join our expanding healthcare team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This role is crucial in providing accurate disease diagnosis through laboratory analysis ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and analyze laboratory tests on tissue samples bodily fluids and other specimens.
- Provide accurate and timely diagnoses to guide patient treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review patient cases and discuss medical findings.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals including oncologists surgeons and general practitioners.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance safety and laboratory protocols.
- Supervise and mentor laboratory staff to maintain high operational standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports of all tests findings and diagnoses.
- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and research in pathology.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with specialization in pathology.
- Board certification in pathology.
- Minimum three years of experience as a pathologist in a clinical setting.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures protocols and advanced diagnostic techniques.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and digital pathology tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
