Patient Relations Executive | Al Futtaim Health | Healthcare
The Patient Relations Executive plays a key role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by managing insurance processing, invoicing, and customer service while maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to support patient needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Medical Insurance
- Accurately process medical information and patient data for claims submission.
- Verify insurance approvals and act as a liaison between the facility and third-party payers.
- Review medical records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
- Assist in securing timely approvals for medical procedures and treatments.
Medical Invoicing
- Generate invoices based on agreed service pricing.
- Ensure accuracy in coding and medical billing procedures.
- Maintain financial records and process reimbursement claims.
- Organize and update patient billing information.
Customer Service
- Provide high-quality customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, documentation, and inquiries.
- Manage clinic traffic flow and guide patients through the process.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Cash Handling
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage clinic income.
- Process cash, card, and insurance payments while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper documentation of transactions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance, billing, customer service, or cash handling within the healthcare industry.
- Graduate degree in any field, with preference for healthcare-related qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of medical insurance coding and billing processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- High proficiency in computer systems and financial software.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
