Role Context

The Patient Relations Executive ensures a smooth and professional patient journey by managing appointments, billing, insurance claims, and front-desk healthcare coordination. This role supports both patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency by connecting patients, physicians, and insurance providers while maintaining accurate medical records and delivering exceptional customer service in a busy healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide complete operational support for patients including appointments, registration, invoicing, and insurance coordination
* Ensure accurate patient information flow between doctors, patients, and third-party insurance providers
* Manage insurance claims processing, billing follow-up, and payment coordination
* Handle clinic paperwork, organize patient records, and maintain proper documentation standards
* Deliver excellent front-line customer service by guiding patients and resolving service-related concerns
* Process cash, credit card, and insurance-related payments while maintaining transaction accuracy
* Reconcile financial records and support daily clinic cash handling responsibilities
* Assist in maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming healthcare environment
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support smooth clinic operations and patient care

Ideal Profile

* Emirati candidate eligible under Emiratisation programs
* Graduate degree in any discipline with relevant healthcare administration qualifications
* DHA license or eligibility for licensing in Dubai
* Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare insurance, customer service, invoicing, or cash handling
* Strong knowledge of medical insurance coding and billing procedures
* Fluent in English with Arabic considered a strong advantage
* Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
* Able to perform well in fast-paced clinic environments with strong attention to detail
