Role Context
The Patient Relations Supervisor is responsible for leading front-office operations and supporting Patient Relations Executives to deliver a professional, welcoming, and patient-centered clinic experience. This role helps strengthen patient trust, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high service standards by managing patient concerns, monitoring service quality, and driving continuous improvement across HealthHub Clinics.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily activities of Patient Relations Executives across assigned clinic locations
* Provide hands-on floor supervision to ensure front-office service standards and operational efficiency are consistently maintained
* Monitor patient waiting times, service quality indicators, complaints, and performance standards
* Support the Unit In-Charge with front-office administration and patient service operations
* Ensure patient inquiries are effectively converted into services while supporting business performance targets
* Oversee patient satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback trends, and share service improvement insights with management
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational statistics related to clinic performance and patient experience
* Support staff rostering, shift coverage planning, and resource coordination for smooth clinic operations
* Identify team training needs and support employee development initiatives
* Assist with implementation of new systems, tools, and patient experience improvement programs
* Handle escalated patient complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective service recovery
Ideal Profile
* Emirati national with a valid family book as required under Emiratisation programs
* Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
* Proven experience supervising administrative, front-office, or patient-facing teams
* Strong background in customer service, clinic operations, or patient relations environments
* Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a patient-first mindset
* Confident in handling complaints, escalations, and service recovery situations
* Organized, empathetic, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
* Comfortable working across multiple clinic locations in Dubai
* Able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week across 5 working days
