Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and treat pediatric eye conditions including strabismus, amblyopia, congenital cataracts, and retinopathy of prematurity
* Perform pediatric ophthalmic surgeries and advanced diagnostic procedures

* Collaborate with pediatricians, neurologists, and other specialists for complex case management
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required
* Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and fellows

Ideal Profile
* Medical degree with completed residency in Ophthalmology
* Fellowship or subspecialty certification in Pediatric Ophthalmology
* Board-certified from a recognized authority
* Minimum 3-5 years of post-fellowship experience in pediatric ophthalmology
* Eligibility for consultant-level licensing in Dubai
* Strong clinical and surgical expertise in pediatric eye care
* Excellent communication skills with children and families
* Experience in teaching, research, or clinical development initiatives
