Position Overview
As a Pediatrician, you will manage the health and development of infants, children, and adolescents across a range of clinical conditions. You’ll work within a collaborative care model, leveraging advanced diagnostics and integrated referrals to deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with Al-Futtaim Health’s patient-first commitment.
What You’ll Do
* Diagnose and treat pediatric conditions including respiratory, allergy, growth, and chronic disorders
* Administer vaccinations, monitor developmental stages, and guide preventive care
* Educate families on wellness, nutrition, hygiene, and safety
* Provide ongoing support to patients with complex or chronic health needs
* Communicate diagnoses and care plans clearly to parents and caregivers
* Maintain meticulous medical records and participate in audits or CME programs
* Work alongside specialists in a referral-based, high-quality outpatient network
Ideal Profile
* DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Pediatric Specialist
* MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution
* Pediatric specialization approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH
* Fluent in Arabic and English (required)
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a specialist
* Skilled in managing both acute and long-term pediatric health cases
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient counseling abilities
* Confident in building or managing an existing patient base
* Experience in evidence-based care delivery and EMR systems
* BLS and ALS certifications mandatory
* Published academic contributions are a plus
