Role Context
This role supports the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-focused pharmacy services across HealthHub Clinics. Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians contribute to better healthcare outcomes by ensuring accurate dispensing, medication counseling, inventory control, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispense prescribed medications accurately according to DHA regulations and clinical guidelines
* Support patients with medicine counseling, dosage instructions, and safe medication use
* Assist in managing pharmacy inventory, stock rotation, and medicine availability
* Ensure compliance with DHA standards, pharmacy protocols, and healthcare regulations
* Maintain accurate prescription records and pharmacy documentation
* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic teams for smooth patient service delivery
* Support community pharmacy operations and clinic-based pharmaceutical services
* Monitor medication storage conditions and ensure quality control standards
* Assist in handling insurance, billing support, and pharmacy workflow efficiency
* Participate in training, mentorship, and continuous professional development initiatives
Ideal Profile
* UAE National with valid Family Book for Emiratization requirement
* DHA license or DHA eligibility for Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician roles
* Pharmacy graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
