Role Context
The Pharmacist plays a critical role in supporting safe and effective patient treatment by ensuring accurate dispensing of medications, providing clinical guidance, and maintaining pharmacy compliance standards. This position directly supports physicians, nurses, and patients across HealthHub Clinics while helping strengthen Dubai’s growing healthcare ecosystem through trusted pharmaceutical care.
Key Responsibilities
* Review prescriptions carefully for accuracy, dosage, contraindications, and legal compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
* Dispense prescribed medications while ensuring proper documentation and patient safety protocols
* Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage schedules, possible side effects, storage requirements, and drug interactions
* Provide physicians and healthcare teams with professional pharmacological advice to improve treatment effectiveness
* Maintain accurate pharmacy records and ensure all reporting meets DHA and clinic compliance standards
* Monitor medicine stock levels and support inventory control, expiry checks, and safe storage procedures
* Ensure pharmacy operations follow infection prevention, quality assurance, and workplace safety standards
* Participate in continuous professional development programs and contribute to pharmacy service improvements
Ideal Profile
* Emirati national eligible under Emiratisation hiring programs
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university
* DHA Pharmacist License or eligibility for pharmacist licensing in Dubai
* Minimum 3 years of practical pharmacy experience in clinic, hospital, or retail healthcare settings
* Strong patient communication and counseling abilities
* Arabic speaking skills are strongly preferred for patient-facing responsibilities
* Comfortable working in fast-paced multidisciplinary healthcare environments
