Role Context
The Physiotherapist plays a key role in helping patients restore movement, improve physical function, and reduce pain across a wide range of rehabilitation needs. This position supports patient recovery journeys through hands-on treatment, preventive education, and multidisciplinary collaboration while contributing to stronger healthcare outcomes and trusted community care across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess patients thoroughly and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on clinical needs and recovery goals
* Deliver physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, posture correction, and mobility improvement programs
* Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans according to response and clinical outcomes
* Educate patients and families on posture, injury prevention, home exercise routines, and long-term wellness practices
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to optimize recovery pathways
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment notes, and patient progress records
* Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations, clinical standards, and patient safety protocols
* Participate in service improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and quality assurance activities
* Support continuous professional development through training, learning, and clinical skill enhancement
* Contribute to positive patient engagement and high-quality healthcare service delivery
Ideal Profile
* Emirati candidate eligible under Emiratisation hiring programs
* Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
* DHA Physiotherapist License or eligibility for licensing in Dubai
* Strong communication and patient engagement skills
* Fluent in English with Arabic considered an advantage
* Evidence-based clinical approach with strong attention to patient care quality
* Experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports injury, or rehabilitation physiotherapy is preferred but not mandatory
* Professional attitude with strong teamwork and adaptability in clinical environments
