Position Overview
Procurement Specialist – Healthcare Clinics – Dubai, UAE will be responsible for managing purchasing activities under the guidance of the Head of Supply Chain Management. The role involves negotiating pricing agreements and service contracts, executing procurement transactions, and ensuring timely delivery of clinical and non-clinical supplies to support healthcare operations.

What You’ll Do
* Negotiate pricing agreements and service contracts with vendors and suppliers
* Execute and follow up on procurement transactions accurately and on time
* Manage invoice and purchase order processing in line with policy and procedure
* Identify clinical and non-clinical purchasing requirements and procurement sources
* Oversee supplier performance and manage item return processes
* Ensure compliance with purchasing standards while maintaining cost efficiency
* Support employee engagement and customer service within procurement activities
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a medical or related field
* At least 5 years of procurement experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in a hospital environment
* Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement methods with hands-on negotiation skills
* Familiarity with supplier management software and procurement systems
* Skilled in data collection, analysis, and cost optimization
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
* Excellent presentation and analytical skills with conflict management experience
