Product Manager - Healthcare Technology
We are seeking a skilled and driven Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of innovative technology solutions that enhance patient engagement and entertainment in healthcare. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, particularly in healthcare technology or software development.
Job Location: Remote (with quarterly travel to Exeter and client visits)

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a strong product vision aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to create impactful, scalable healthcare solutions
- Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve products, ensuring they meet market demands
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in software development or healthcare technology
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market trends into actionable product plans
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
