a) Graduate in healthcare management or quality or healthcare professional with post graduate education.
b) Proven 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare quality management.
a) Responsible for the management of documents pertinent to the Quality program, for example ensuring the appropriate review and update of policies and procedures.
b) Ensures execution of corrective actions and ongoing compliance working with clinical, non-clinical and administrative services.
c) Ensures that processes needed for the quality management systems are maintained;
d) Identification of gaps, develop action plan under the guidance of in- charge of the facility and monitor compliance
e) Any other responsibility as deemed by the management.
• Current knowledge of Joint Commission, KPI, JAWDA and HAAD Standards
• Must have coordinated, prepared, and participated in state, Joint Commission, and CMS surveys within past 3 years
• Current statistical knowledge and skill in developing statistical data displays
• Experience in the use of statistical and quality assessment software
