Position Overview
The Radiology Technologist plays a vital role in supporting safe, effective, and compassionate patient care through high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This role helps physicians and radiologists make accurate clinical decisions while maintaining strong standards in patient safety, imaging quality, and regulatory compliance across HealthHub Clinics.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in line with DHA regulations, clinical protocols, and radiation safety standards
* Operate radiology equipment accurately and safely to produce clear and high-quality diagnostic images
* Support physicians and radiologists by delivering precise imaging results for diagnosis and treatment planning
* Guide clinical teams on appropriate imaging procedures to improve patient safety and care efficiency
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient imaging records according to healthcare standards
* Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and radiation protection guidelines
* Maintain imaging equipment and radiology work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition
* Participate in quality assurance, patient safety programs, and continuous service improvement initiatives
* Support ongoing professional learning and development within diagnostic imaging practices
* Assist in delivering a positive patient experience through professional and compassionate communication
Ideal Profile
* Emirati candidate eligible under Emiratisation hiring initiatives
* Graduate degree in Radiography from a recognized institution
* DHA Radiology Technologist License or eligibility for licensing in Dubai
* Strong patient interaction skills with excellent attention to detail
* Fluent in English with Arabic considered an advantage
* Good understanding of imaging protocols and clinical documentation standards
* Experience in MRI, CT, mammography, ultrasound, trauma imaging, female health imaging, or sports injury assessment is an advantage but not mandatory
* Professional attitude with commitment to patient care and teamwork in multidisciplinary environments
