The Registered Nurse - Home Healthcare will provide professional nursing care outside the traditional hospital environment, supporting patients in private and luxury settings where clinical quality, discretion, communication, and service standards are equally important. The role contributes to continuity of care by monitoring patient health, administering prescribed treatment, coordinating with physicians, and helping patients remain comfortable, safe, and well supported in their own residence. Because the position involves VIP and high-profile patients, the nurse must combine strong clinical skills with emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, confidentiality, and a polished client-facing approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality one-to-one nursing care for patients in private homes, luxury residences, and premium home healthcare environments across Dubai.
* Support patients with chronic conditions, geriatric care needs, post-treatment monitoring, mobility limitations, and daily health requirements.
* Administer medications safely according to physician instructions, clinical protocols, and patient care plans.
* Monitor vital signs, observe changes in patient condition, and escalate concerns to physicians or clinical supervisors when required.
* Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication records, care plans, observations, appointment updates, and clinical documentation.
* Coordinate with physicians, family members, care coordinators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support seamless care delivery.
* Accompany patients to medical appointments when needed, ensuring comfort, safety, and proper communication with treating teams.
* Build trusted professional relationships with patients while maintaining appropriate boundaries, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
* Provide compassionate support to patients and families, explaining care steps clearly and responding calmly to concerns.
* Assist with mobility, comfort, hygiene-related support, and daily care needs according to patient condition and approved care scope.
* Work structured shifts of 48 hours per week while remaining responsive to patient routines, homecare requirements, and travel schedules.
* Travel within Dubai for patient care assignments and support occasional international travel if required by the care plan.
* Maintain a professional appearance and confident presence in client-facing settings.
* Follow home healthcare standards, patient safety procedures, infection control practices, and Al-Futtaim Healthcare service expectations.
Ideal Profile
* Registered Nurse qualification from a recognized nursing institution.
* Valid DHA license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, home healthcare, long-term care, geriatric care, or similar patient care setting.
* Experience with homecare patients, VIP patients, private families, geriatric cases, or long-term care is preferred.
* Western-trained or Arab-trained nursing background is strongly preferred.
* Fluent English communication skills are required, while Arabic language ability is a strong advantage.
* Confident in private residence care environments and able to work professionally with high-profile patients and families.
* Strong clinical skills in medication administration, vital signs monitoring, patient observation, documentation, and care coordination.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide calm, respectful, and personalized nursing care.
