Role Context
The Registered Nurse - Home Healthcare will provide personalized nursing care in private residences and luxury settings, helping patients receive safe, continuous, and comfortable support outside a traditional hospital or clinic environment. This role carries strong responsibility for patient wellbeing, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, clinical documentation, mobility support, chronic condition care, appointment coordination, and trusted communication with families and healthcare professionals. The position supports premium standards of home healthcare while maintaining discretion, cultural awareness, and patient dignity at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality one-to-one nursing care for patients in private homes, luxury residences, and premium homecare environments.
* Support patients with chronic conditions, geriatric care needs, mobility limitations, post-treatment requirements, and daily clinical care plans.
* Administer medications safely according to physician instructions, care plans, and approved nursing procedures.
* Monitor vital signs, observe patient condition, identify changes, and escalate concerns to physicians or clinical supervisors when required.
* Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication records, care documentation, patient observations, and handover reports.
* Coordinate with physicians, specialists, therapists, family representatives, and multidisciplinary teams to support seamless patient care.
* Accompany patients to medical appointments when required and assist with clinical communication during visits.
* Build trusted professional relationships with patients by offering compassionate, respectful, and personalized care.
* Provide support with mobility, comfort, safety, hygiene-related care, and daily health monitoring in line with patient needs.
* Follow infection control practices, patient safety standards, privacy requirements, and clinical governance procedures.
* Work within structured shifts and remain flexible for travel within Dubai as part of home healthcare assignments.
* Maintain a polished, professional appearance and confident conduct in client-facing private settings.
* Protect patient confidentiality and handle sensitive personal or medical information with strong discretion.
* Adapt care delivery to culturally sensitive environments while respecting family expectations, privacy, and patient preferences.
* Support continuity of care by communicating clearly during shift handovers and updating relevant clinical teams on patient progress.
Ideal Profile
* Registered Nurse with valid DHA License or DHA eligibility.
* Minimum 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, home healthcare, long-term care, or similar care setting.
* Experience in homecare, geriatric care, long-term patient support, VIP nursing, or private patient care is preferred.
* Western-trained or Arab-trained nurses are strongly preferred.
* Strong clinical knowledge in medication administration, vital signs monitoring, patient assessment, documentation, and care plan follow-up.
* Fluent English communication skills are required.
* Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients, families, and medical professionals.
* Professional appearance and confidence when working in private, premium, and client-facing environments.
* High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and confidentiality.
* Able to support high-net-worth or high-profile patients with calmness, respect, and service-minded professionalism.
* Candidates currently based in the UAE or open to relocation will be considered.
* Willingness to work structured shifts of 48 hours per week.
* Comfortable with travel within Dubai and occasional international travel if required.
