Role Context
The Registered Nurse - Outpatient Care will support daily clinical operations by providing professional nursing care in an outpatient department setting. The role contributes to patient safety, clinical efficiency, physician support, infection control, and better patient experience by ensuring consultations, treatments, procedures, documentation, and discharge guidance are handled accurately and with care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic environment.
* Assist physicians during consultations, examinations, treatment reviews, and minor procedures.
* Administer prescribed medications, treatments, injections, and nursing interventions safely.
* Monitor patient condition, support clinical assessment, and escalate concerns to physicians when needed.
* Maintain accurate patient documentation, nursing notes, treatment records, and medical files.
* Provide patient education, health guidance, discharge instructions, and follow-up care information.
* Ensure infection control procedures, hygiene practices, and patient safety standards are followed consistently.
* Support smooth clinic flow by coordinating with doctors, reception, laboratory, pharmacy, and other healthcare teams.
* Prepare consultation rooms, equipment, and clinical materials for daily outpatient operations.
* Work professionally with patients from different backgrounds while maintaining confidentiality and respectful communication.
* Follow clinic policies, DHA requirements, nursing protocols, and quality care standards.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate should be a DHA-licensed male Registered Nurse with outpatient or ambulatory care experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work confidently in a multicultural clinic team. The role requires a patient-focused approach, attention to detail, and readiness to support busy clinic operations in Dubai.
* Valid DHA License as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
