Senior Personal Assistant

As a Senior Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating daily administrative tasks, managing communications, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring the smooth operation of office functions. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper document management
- Screen and handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
- Oversee office supplies inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs by liaising with service providers
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in managing patient inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Review and verify documents before submission for executive approval
- Monitor and track outgoing correspondence and official hospital documents
- Manage Google reviews and handle patient feedback professionally
- Screen financial assistance requests and coordinate approvals
- Arrange and maintain corporate documents and reports
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Required Skills and Experience

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in any field preferred

Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a professional setting

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
