Position Overview
The Specialist Dermatologist in Dubai will provide clinical and aesthetic dermatology services at Al-Futtaim HealthHub Clinics. This position combines the diagnosis and treatment of common skin conditions with advanced aesthetic medicine, including injectable therapies, skin rejuvenation, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
The successful candidate will independently assess patients, develop personalised treatment programmes, and manage long-term dermatology and aesthetic care journeys. The role requires strong clinical judgement, excellent patient communication, and consistent compliance with DHA documentation, safety, and quality standards.
What You\'ll Do
* Conduct specialist consultations covering clinical and aesthetic dermatology.
* Examine patients and diagnose common dermatological diseases and
skin conditions.
* Create personalised, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient needs and aesthetic goals.
* Independently administer botulinum toxin injections.
* Perform dermal filler treatments using recognised clinical protocols.
* Deliver skin rejuvenation procedures and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
* Explain treatment options, expected results, possible risks, and aftercare requirements.
* Conduct follow-up consultations and monitor patient outcomes.
* Prepare long-term treatment plans for clinical and aesthetic dermatology patients.
* Build trusted patient relationships that encourage retention and continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate medical records and DHA-compliant clinical documentation.
* Follow infection control, confidentiality, clinical governance, and patient safety requirements.
* Collaborate with specialists across the multidisciplinary referral network.
* Contribute to clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and service improvement initiatives.
* Maintain current knowledge of developments in dermatology, injectables, and aesthetic medicine.
Ideal Profile
* Valid DHA licence as a Specialist Dermatologist.
* Recognised medical degree and specialist qualification in dermatology.
* Minimum five years of specialist-level dermatology experience.
* Strong clinical and aesthetic dermatology background.
* Proven ability to perform injectable treatments independently.
* Practical expertise in botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
* Previous experience within a high-volume outpatient aesthetic clinic.
* Advanced training in injectables or aesthetic medicine is highly desirable.
* Strong diagnostic, consultation, and personalised treatment-planning skills.
* Excellent communication and patient relationship management abilities.
* Confidence in developing and maintaining an aesthetic patient base.
* Commitment to ethical treatment, evidence-based outcomes, and patient safety.
* Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
