Role Context
The Specialist Dermatologist plays an important role in improving patient health, confidence, and overall skin wellness through expert diagnosis and treatment of medical and cosmetic skin concerns. This position supports both clinical dermatology and aesthetic medicine services by providing advanced procedures, personalized care plans, and long-term preventive skin management.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed skin assessments and diagnose dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, pigmentation disorders, dermatitis, infections, and skin lesions
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient history, and cosmetic goals
* Perform medical and aesthetic procedures such as laser therapy, chemical peels, Botox, fillers, cryotherapy, skin biopsies, and minor dermatologic procedures
* Provide expert consultation on skincare routines, preventive care, anti-aging treatments, and post-procedure recovery
* Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure safe follow-up care for all patients
* Maintain complete and accurate patient records in compliance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols
* Collaborate with nurses, laser therapists, cosmetic specialists, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care
* Stay updated with modern dermatology research, aesthetic innovations, and advanced treatment technologies
* Uphold patient safety standards and ensure high levels of satisfaction and clinical excellence
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree with recognized specialization in Dermatology
* Proven experience in both clinical dermatology and cosmetic dermatology practice
* Strong expertise in laser technologies, injectables, and aesthetic treatment planning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
* Strong understanding of patient safety, skincare protocols, and aesthetic medicine standards
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and patient-focused healthcare environment
