Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is looking for a **Specialist Endocrinologist** to join our progressive HealthHub Clinics in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a DHA-licensed or eligible endocrinology specialist to deliver high-impact, patient-focused care using cutting-edge diagnostic technology and integrated care models in a supportive, multispecialty environment.

What You’ll Do
* Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal and pituitary diseases
* Review medical histories, interpret diagnostic results, and assess metabolic conditions
* Develop and adjust hormone therapy and medication-based treatment plans
* Provide guidance on diet, exercise, and preventive care to support long-term disease management
* Collaborate with other specialists (e.g., cardiologists, nephrologists, internists) for integrated chronic disease care
* Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor treatment outcomes and make adjustments as needed
* Keep accurate records and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Contribute to clinical research and the development of treatment innovations in endocrinology
Ideal Profile
* DHA-licensed or eligible Specialist Endocrinologist
* Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
* At least 5 years of specialist-level experience
* Skilled in managing chronic and complex endocrine cases, including metabolic syndrome and diabetic complications
* Holds or is confident in building a strong patient base
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work ethic
* Basic and Advanced Life Support certified
* Peer-reviewed publications or research participation is a plus
