Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is currently hiring a **Specialist Endocrinologist** to join our multidisciplinary HealthHub Clinics network in Dubai. In this role, you will manage a wide range of hormonal and metabolic disorders while working alongside other specialists to deliver holistic and integrated care in a state-of-the-art clinical setting.

What You’ll Do
* Diagnose and treat endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, pituitary and adrenal dysfunction
* Evaluate hormonal imbalances using patient history and advanced diagnostic tests
* Prescribe hormone therapies and personalized treatment plans based on patient profiles
* Conduct regular follow-up appointments and adapt treatment plans for better outcomes
* Provide patient counseling on diet, exercise, and chronic disease prevention
* Collaborate with other medical specialists in the management of complex, multi-system conditions
* Keep accurate patient records and contribute to quality assurance and clinical research
* Support chronic care initiatives, especially for respiratory, cardiac, and diabetic patients
Ideal Profile
* DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Endocrinologist
* Minimum 5 years of specialist-level experience
* Fluent in English; Arabic language is a strong advantage
* Experience treating diverse endocrine conditions including metabolic syndrome
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-first, collaborative care setting
* Certified in Basic and Advanced Life Support
* Research background or publications in endocrinology is highly valued
