What You’ll Do
* Diagnose and manage a variety of gastrointestinal conditions such as GERD, IBS, IBD, liver disease, and colorectal disorders
* Review patient medical history and use diagnostic tools to assess digestive system health
* Prescribe medications and recommend non-invasive treatments tailored to patient needs
* Perform outpatient procedures including endoscopy and colonoscopy
* Provide clear, supportive communication around diagnoses, treatment plans, and lifestyle adjustments
* Track patient progress through structured follow-ups and update treatment plans accordingly
* Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated, multi-disciplinary care
* Engage in clinical research and contribute to innovation in gastroenterological care
* Support chronic disease management strategies involving metabolic and digestive disorders
Ideal Profile
* DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Specialist Gastroenterologist
* Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
* Minimum 5 years of specialist-level clinical experience
* Skilled in diagnostic procedures and patient communication
* Able to work efficiently in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment
* Committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care
* BLS and ALS certified
* Clinical publications or research participation is highly regarded
