Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive fertility consultations for individuals and couples presenting with infertility or reproductive health concerns.
* Review reproductive history, previous treatment outcomes, medical conditions, and lifestyle factors that may affect fertility.
* Develop individualized infertility treatment plans based on clinical findings, diagnostic results, patient goals, and evidence-based protocols.
* Manage IVF and ICSI treatment cycles from initial stimulation planning through embryo transfer and follow-up.
* Prescribe and monitor ovulation induction and controlled ovarian stimulation protocols.
* Perform follicular monitoring using transvaginal ultrasound and interpret ovarian response throughout treatment.
* Conduct oocyte retrieval procedures using appropriate ultrasound-guided techniques.
* Perform embryo transfer procedures while coordinating closely with embryology teams.
* Interpret hormonal profiles, ovarian reserve testing, ultrasound findings, semen analyses, and relevant genetic screening results.
* Assess treatment response and modify medication protocols when required to optimize safety and reproductive outcomes.
* Coordinate clinical decisions with embryologists regarding fertilization, embryo development, transfer strategy, and cryopreservation planning.

* MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
* Completed specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
* Fellowship, subspecialty training, or advanced recognized experience in Reproductive Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology, or IVF.
* Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience managing IVF and fertility treatments within a reputable healthcare facility.
* Appropriate UAE professional license or eligibility to obtain the required specialist license.
* Proven experience in IVF, ICSI, controlled ovarian stimulation, follicular monitoring, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer.
* Strong knowledge of infertility investigations and interpretation of reproductive hormone testing, ultrasound findings, and semen analysis.
