Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Specialist IVF Physician for a fertility and reproductive medicine opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position focuses on diagnosing and treating infertility, managing IVF and assisted reproductive technology procedures, and providing individualized fertility care throughout each patient\'s treatment journey.
The Specialist IVF Physician will manage reproductive medicine cases from initial fertility assessment through treatment and follow-up, working closely with embryologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to support effective and patient-centered care.

Fertility and Reproductive Medicine Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations, clinical assessments, and fertility evaluations for patients and couples.
- Diagnose infertility and reproductive health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform and manage IVF and ICSI treatment cycles.
- Manage ovulation induction and follicular monitoring.
- Perform egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and related assisted reproductive technology procedures.
- Interpret ultrasound scans, hormonal profiles, semen analysis, genetic screening results, and other relevant diagnostic investigations.
- Monitor treatment progress and outcomes throughout fertility care.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in accordance with applicable UAE regulatory and clinical governance requirements.
- Remain current with developments in reproductive medicine, assisted reproduction, and fertility technologies.
Patient Counseling and Care
- Explain fertility assessments, treatment options, procedures, and expected treatment pathways to patients.
- Provide counseling and emotional support throughout fertility treatment.
- Maintain a patient-centered approach when managing sensitive reproductive health concerns.
- Communicate treatment progress and clinical recommendations clearly to patients and couples.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Work closely with embryologists, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate clinical and laboratory aspects of assisted reproductive treatment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining appropriate standards of fertility care.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Medical Degree, MBBS, MD, or equivalent, from a recognized institution.
- Completion of specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Fellowship or subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine or IVF.
- UAE specialist licensure or eligibility applicable to the position in Dubai is mandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IVF and fertility treatments within a reputable healthcare facility.
- Proven expertise in assisted reproductive technology procedures and fertility management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
