Position Overview
Specialist NICU role with Allocation Assist Middle East supporting advanced neonatal services within leading hospitals. This position focuses on providing high-acuity care to critically ill newborns in a modern NICU environment, emphasizing patient safety, evidence-based neonatal management, and family-centered communication. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver specialized medical care to critically ill neonates in the NICU
* Monitor and manage ventilation and respiratory support for premature and medically complex infants
* Prescribe and administer medications and treatments in line with neonatal protocols
* Conduct ongoing clinical assessments and adjust care plans based on patient response

* Medical degree from an accredited institution
* Minimum 5 years experience in NICU with strong expertise in neonatal ventilation

* Western-trained education or equivalent clinical training
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environments
