Role Context
This position plays a key role in supporting maternal and reproductive health services by managing routine and high-risk cases, performing advanced procedures, and ensuring safe and effective clinical outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct consultations and manage normal and high-risk pregnancies with continuous monitoring
* Perform gynecological and obstetric procedures including cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopic surgeries, and fertility-related treatments
* Deliver antenatal and postnatal care focusing on maternal and fetal health
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including midwives, neonatologists, and anesthesiologists
* Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols
* Participate in audits, clinical reviews, and continuous medical education activities
* Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients and families to ensure clear understanding and comfort
Ideal Profile
* Specialist qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology such as Arab Board or MRCOG
* DHA eligibility or licensure required
* Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in hospital or women’s health settings
* Strong surgical and diagnostic capabilities in obstetrics and gynecology
* Fluency in Arabic and English
* Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills
* Ability to handle sensitive cases with cultural awareness
