Specialist OBGYN - Women’s Health in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is a focused Hospital and Health Care opportunity for an Arabic-speaking obstetrics and gynecology physician with strong experience in prenatal care, natal care, postnatal care, gynecological procedures, and culturally sensitive patient communication. This role is suitable for a specialist-level doctor who can manage routine and high-risk pregnancies, provide women’s health consultations, and support safe maternity and gynecological care within a leading healthcare facility.
The position requires confident diagnostic ability, surgical experience, and a compassionate approach to working with Arabic-speaking patients and families. The selected physician will collaborate with midwives, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care across pregnancy, childbirth, recovery, and broader gynecologic health needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed obstetrics and gynecology consultations for women across different stages of reproductive health
* Manage routine pregnancies, high-risk pregnancies, antenatal care, delivery planning, and postnatal follow-up
* Perform gynecological procedures, including Caesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies, D and C, colposcopy, and fertility-related interventions
* Provide antenatal and postnatal care with close attention to maternal health, fetal wellbeing, patient safety, and continuity of care
* Diagnose and manage gynecological conditions using clinical assessment, imaging review, laboratory results, and evidence-based treatment planning
* Work closely with midwives, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated maternity and women’s health care
* Communicate clearly with Arabic-speaking patients and families to support understanding, comfort, consent, and confidence throughout treatment
* Maintain accurate patient records in line with DHA requirements, clinical protocols, and hospital documentation standards
* Participate in departmental audits, quality improvement initiatives, CME activities, and case discussions
* Support a culturally respectful care environment that prioritizes privacy, trust, informed decision-making, and patient-centered outcomes
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is a fluent Arabic-speaking Specialist OBGYN with strong hospital or women’s health clinic experience and a confident background in obstetric care, gynecological procedures, maternity services, and patient counseling. This role requires clinical accuracy, surgical skill, cultural awareness, and the ability to communicate with patients and families in a reassuring and professional manner.
* Medical degree such as MBBS, MD, or equivalent from a recognized institution
* Specialist qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology such as Arab Board, MRCOG, or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in a hospital or women’s health clinic
* Valid DHA license or eligibility as Specialist Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Fluency in Arabic, spoken and written, is required
* Strong experience in prenatal care, delivery support, postnatal care, and gynecological diagnosis
* Surgical experience in Caesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies, D and C, colposcopy, and related procedures
* Ability to manage routine and high-risk pregnancy cases with evidence-based clinical judgment
* Excellent interpersonal, counseling, documentation, and culturally sensitive communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural healthcare environment
