Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a DHA-licensed (or DHA-eligible) Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to join its HealthHub Day Surgery Unit in Dubai Festival City. The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in women’s health — from antenatal and postnatal services to gynaecological procedures and reproductive counseling. The ideal candidate will combine medical expertise with empathy, teamwork, and commitment to excellence within a modern, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert care in obstetrics and gynaecology, including prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal management.
* Diagnose and treat gynaecological conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, and menopause.
* Conduct outpatient procedures and assist in surgical interventions as per medical credentialing.
* Interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results relevant to women’s health.
* Counsel patients on reproductive health, contraception, and preventive healthcare.
* Maintain comprehensive patient records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Participate in clinical audits, continuous medical education (CME), and quality improvement programs.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
Ideal Profile
* DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Specialist in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
* MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
* Minimum 5 years of specialist-level experience post-qualification.
* Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
* Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term patient relationships.
* Commitment to clinical excellence, teamwork, and evidence-based practice.
* Research or publications in women’s health considered an advantage.
