The role is based at HealthHub Clinic in Al Warqa and focuses on delivering specialist consultations, clinical examinations, pregnancy care, screening services, diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term patient support.
This position is suitable for a DHA licensed or DHA eligible Specialist Obstetrics and Gynecology professional who can manage routine and complex cases, build trusted patient relationships, and support the growth of women’s health services in a busy community clinic environment.

Role Context
The Specialist Obstetrics and Gynecology - OPD Care will provide specialist-level women’s healthcare in an outpatient setting, supporting patients through reproductive health needs, pregnancy journeys, postpartum care, screenings, and gynecological concerns. The role contributes to clinical quality, early diagnosis, patient education, continuity of care, and stronger access to trusted women’s health services in Al Warqa, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in line with evidence-based clinical standards, healthcare regulations, and approved medical protocols.
* Manage patients across antenatal, postnatal, reproductive health, and gynecological care pathways.
* Conduct outpatient consultations, clinical assessments, pelvic examinations, breast examinations, screenings, and Pap smear reviews.
* Monitor and support patients during pregnancy, childbirth preparation, postpartum recovery, and ongoing women’s health follow-up.
* Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, routine, and complex gynecological conditions.
* Prescribe medications, treatments, investigations, and follow-up plans while ensuring safe and ethical clinical practice.
* Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory results, imaging reports, and screening findings.
* Educate patients on reproductive health, preventive care, treatment options, pregnancy care, and long-term wellness.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and other specialists to improve patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation for consultations, treatment plans, referrals, and follow-up care.
* Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, service development, and departmental initiatives.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate should be a confident Specialist Obstetrics and Gynecology doctor with strong OPD experience and proven competence in women’s health services. The role requires excellent patient engagement, ethical clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a high-volume outpatient setting.
* MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.
* Recognized Obstetrics and Gynecology specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH.
* DHA License or DHA Eligibility as a Specialist Obstetrics and Gynecology professional.
* Minimum 5+ years of specialist-level post-qualification experience.
* Strong experience in outpatient care, ambulatory women’s health services, or community clinic practice.
* Proven ability to manage routine and complex obstetrics and gynecology cases.
* Valid BLS certification is required.
* ACLS certification is preferred.
* Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
* Arabic language skills are an advantage.
* Patient-focused, ethical, quality-driven, and comfortable working in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
