Staff Nurse - Breast Care Clinic
A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse for its Breast Care Clinic. This role involves providing direct patient care, assisting in diagnostic and interventional procedures, and coordinating patient care-related activities to support comprehensive breast health services. The position requires a highly skilled and compassionate nurse dedicated to patient-centered care and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practices specific to breast health
- Perform patient assessments and continuous critical care evaluations
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures, including ultrasound-guided core biopsy, lymph node biopsy, stereotactic biopsy, and breast fine needle aspiration
- Support seed placement and wire localization procedures to facilitate comprehensive breast care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care planning and execution
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all relevant patient data
- Ensure availability and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment in the unit
- Uphold compliance with Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) standards
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a breast care setting
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment, care coordination, and intervention planning
- Experience in assisting with breast health-related diagnostic procedures
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
