Store Assistant | Al Futtaim Health | Healthcare

The Store Assistant is responsible for maintaining the central store, ensuring efficient inventory management, and facilitating the transfer of medical supplies to clinics and pharmacies. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support smooth healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure adequate supply of pharmaceutical products and medical equipment.
- Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items from inventory.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Barcode and store received items in appropriate locations.
- Assist in placing orders for new stock and maintain a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system.
- Ensure store shelves are well-organized, clean, and stocked efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth store operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any security concerns.

Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or bachelor\'s degree (healthcare preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and decision-making abilities.
- Customer service skills, including diplomacy and problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
