Position Overview
The Store Executive plays an important role in maintaining efficient healthcare supply chain operations by managing consumables requests, inventory transfers, stock accuracy, and expiry monitoring. This role supports the smooth functioning of HealthHub Clinics by ensuring required medical and non-medical supplies reach departments on time while maintaining strong compliance with inventory and supply chain policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Process new consumables requests based on schedule and reprocess pending requests to generate accurate pick slips
* Ensure all requisitioned goods are picked, packed, and delivered to the correct user department without delays
* Pick items from storage racks according to generated pick slips while ensuring accuracy and proper shelf-life using FEFO principles
* Prevent discrepancies, incorrect deliveries, and unnecessary returns through careful stock handling
* Maintain complete and updated documentation for all store transactions, filing, and retrieval systems
* Complete system transfers accurately once items are packed and prepared for shipment
* Ensure transfer records are correct with no quantity or system discrepancies
* Coordinate with clinical teams for alternate products and modify transfer requests to improve fulfillment ratios
* Manage returns according to SCM policy and arrange returned items in expiry rooms or allocated storage racks
* Conduct monthly shelf-life and expiry checks across storage areas and segregate items according to expiry policies
* Maintain unit distribution schedules and ensure timely delivery of supplies across healthcare departments
* Support store supervisor in maintaining organized inventory and continuous supply chain efficiency
Ideal Profile
* Diploma in Stores Management or equivalent qualification is essential
* Minimum 3 years of work experience preferably in hospital, healthcare, or clinical supply chain operations
* UAE or GCC healthcare supply chain experience is essential
* Good understanding of inventory control, stock rotation, and medical consumables handling
* Familiarity with FEFO principles and expiry management procedures
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with clinical and operational teams
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict delivery deadlines
* Strong people management and relationship-building skills
* Organized, accurate, and committed to operational compliance
