Role Context
Recruiting qualified healthcare professionals is essential to maintaining safe, responsive, and dependable clinical services. This role will support the hiring of physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacists, healthcare operations employees, and corporate specialists across Al-Futtaim Health.
A central responsibility will be strengthening Emirati talent pipelines for clinical and non-clinical positions. The Talent Acquisition Executive will build relationships with educational institutions, healthcare organizations, government partners, and professional communities while ensuring recruitment activities remain organized, compliant, and aligned with workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The position will combine daily vacancy management with longer-term Emiratization, workforce planning, and employer-branding initiatives.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across healthcare, operational, and corporate functions.
* Source and engage physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacists, and other specialized candidates.
* Support Emiratization hiring programs and build sustainable pipelines of Emirati healthcare talent.
* Conduct screening interviews, evaluate applicant suitability, and coordinate candidate assessments.
* Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Arrange interviews, prepare offers, coordinate onboarding, and complete recruitment administration.
* Use applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and relevant sourcing platforms effectively.
* Create talent pools and maintain accurate, current candidate records.
* Develop relationships with universities, colleges, healthcare institutions, and government partners.
* Represent Al-Futtaim Health at career fairs, professional events, networking sessions, and Emiratization programs.
* Support workforce localization objectives and associated reporting requirements.
* Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, documentation, and compliance records.
* Contribute to onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning, and wider Human Resources projects.
* Provide candidates with a professional and responsive experience throughout the hiring process.
Ideal Profile
This opportunity is exclusively for a UAE National who holds a Family Book. Applicants must have at least three years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, with essential exposure to healthcare hiring and the recruitment of clinical professionals.
The preferred candidate has successfully managed multiple vacancies while maintaining strong communication with hiring managers and candidates. Fluency in English and Arabic, sound administrative ability, and practical experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter are required.
Experience recruiting physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals would be highly valuable. Previous involvement in Emiratization programs, broader Human Resources activities, DHA licensing requirements, or healthcare workforce regulations will provide an additional advantage.
