The VIP Homecare Registered Nurse in Dubai will provide personalised one-to-one clinical care to high-profile patients in private residences, luxury settings, and international destinations. Working within a European-led multidisciplinary healthcare team, the nurse will support treatment continuity, medication administration, health monitoring, chronic disease management, and travel-related medical needs.
This position requires fluent Arabic and English, recognised nursing registration, and extensive international travel throughout Europe and North America. The successful candidate must demonstrate clinical excellence, cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and the flexibility to undertake overseas assignments at short notice.

Core Duties
* Deliver personalised one-to-one nursing care to VIP patients in private residences and luxury environments.
* Assess patients\' health conditions and provide appropriate clinical support based on individual care plans.
* Administer prescribed medications safely and monitor treatment responses.
* Measure and document vital signs, symptoms, health changes, and clinical observations.
* Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential nursing records.
* Support patients with chronic conditions and ongoing healthcare requirements.
* Coordinate treatment and continuity of care with physicians and allied healthcare professionals.
* Accompany patients to medical appointments, consultations, and diagnostic procedures.
* Travel with patients throughout Europe, North America, and other international destinations.
* Prepare medications, medical supplies, documentation, and contingency plans for overseas travel.
* Respond professionally to changing patient needs and urgent health concerns.
* Communicate clearly with patients, family members, physicians, and members of the care team.
* Build trusted and respectful relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
* Provide culturally sensitive care within private and client-facing environments.
* Protect patient privacy and maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.
* Follow clinical protocols, infection-control measures, and medication-safety procedures.

Required Skills and Experience
* Registered Nurse with valid and recognised professional registration.
* Nursing qualification obtained in Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand.

* Current residence in Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand.
