Role Context

The Warehouse Pharmacist plays a critical role in maintaining safe pharmaceutical operations by managing inventory movement, regulatory inspections, and expiry control processes. This role ensures full compliance with healthcare standards while supporting uninterrupted medicine supply across medical facilities and protecting patient safety through accurate stock management.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary MOH license holder for the central drugstore operations
* Manage MOH inspections, documentation, and compliance reporting
* Develop and implement corrective action plans for inspection observations
* Oversee pharmaceutical stock receiving, including cold chain monitoring and controlled storage
* Manage accurate transfer of medicines and healthcare products to clinics and pharmacies
* Supervise monthly disposal requests for expired and damaged stock
* Ensure all disposal approvals are obtained from MOH before physical destruction
* Handle returns, expiries, vendor replacements, and inventory reconciliation
* Apply FEFO principles to maintain proper stock rotation and reduce wastage
* Conduct monthly monitoring of expiry dates and inventory performance
* Maintain accurate documentation for audits, inspections, and operational reporting

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with valid professional licensing
* Experience in warehouse pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or central drugstore operations
* Strong understanding of MOH regulations and pharmaceutical compliance standards
* Experience handling controlled inventory, expiry management, and stock disposal
* Knowledge of cold chain handling and pharmaceutical storage requirements
* Strong documentation and reporting skills
* High attention to detail with strong accountability
* Ability to work cross-functionally with clinics, pharmacies, and regulatory teams
