As an AC Technician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. This role includes daily inspections of the mechanical plant, monitoring and controlling property temperature, and analyzing energy and utilities usage. Responsibilities also involve calibrating controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment; assembling, installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems or electronic wiring; and performing routine pool and spa maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
Complete safety training and certifications.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
Anticipate and address guests service needs.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Identify, recommend, develop, and implement ways to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.
Perform physical tasks including moving in confined or elevated spaces, lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and assisting with objects weighing in excess of 100 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience:
At least 3 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience:
None
Required Qualifications
License or Certification:
EPA Universal Certification
Driver's License
HVAC Certification
