Position Overview
Atlantis Dubai is seeking an accomplished and commercially focused Account Director – Business Development to lead growth initiatives across Aquaventure World, MICE, Groups, and Food & Beverage segments. This strategic leadership position is responsible for driving revenue performance, building lasting partnerships, and expanding the resort’s presence in key markets globally. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in positioning Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal as the top destinations for luxury experiences, entertainment, and corporate events in the region.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue across MICE, Groups, Aquaventure, and F&B segments.
* Identify new markets, channels, and partnership opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the Business Development team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and operations to ensure brand alignment and seamless client experiences.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
* Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and contract execution.
* Represent Atlantis Dubai at global trade fairs, industry events, and networking functions.
* Oversee the use of CRM systems (Salesforce, Delphi) for accurate reporting and performance tracking.
* Drive cross-selling initiatives between both resorts to maximize revenue potential.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in sales or business development, preferably in luxury hospitality, entertainment, or attractions.
* Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving measurable business results.
* Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Delphi, and Microsoft Office tools.
* Deep understanding of GCC and international hospitality markets.
* Exceptional relationship management and client servicing abilities.
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
