Account Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales Team at The ENTERTAINER. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, closing deals, and managing accounts in the F&B, Leisure, Entertainment, Beauty, and Fitness industries. You will play a key role in securing and retaining merchant partnerships, ensuring the continuous growth of our app with exciting offers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the F&B, Leisure, Entertainment, Beauty, and Fitness sectors
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals across Dubai
- Oversee assigned merchant accounts, ensuring retention, advertising revenue growth, and increased redemptions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners, supporting them with promotions and marketing strategies
- Utilize data analytics to drive merchant retention and engagement
- Communicate and sell new products and initiatives to the existing merchant base
- Prepare status reports, including daily activity tracking, closures, follow-ups, and KPI performance
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies
