Administrator – Main Kitchen – Jumeirah Mina Al Salam Dubai

Position Overview
Jumeirah Mina Al Salam is looking for an Administrator to join its Main Kitchen team. This role ensures smooth administrative operations by managing documentation, scheduling, and coordination of kitchen-related activities in a high-paced luxury hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do

* Perform day-to-day administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and making travel arrangements.
* Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and conferences for the department.
* Maintain filing systems for documents, purchase orders, agreements, and invoices in both digital and paper formats.
* Support policy and procedure implementation to improve departmental efficiency.
* Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, track and retrieve files as needed, and manage filing accuracy.

Ideal Profile

* Higher Secondary School certificate or equivalent certification.
* 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality.
* Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Knowledge of file management, record keeping, and document handling.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
