Job Overview
As Assistant Director of Sales – Corporate, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue across both FIT and group segments. This position focuses on strengthening key corporate relationships, penetrating government sectors, and establishing The St. Regis Downtown Dubai as the preferred luxury destination for business clients and VIP delegations.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting top corporate and government accounts
* Lead proactive client engagement through meetings, calls, and site inspections
* Collaborate with the Revenue and Events teams to optimize bookings and pricing strategies
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and sales missions
* Analyze market trends and booking data to refine sales targets and campaigns
* Deliver high-touch service and long-term relationship management with top clients
* Drive account growth and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

Reporting & MIS

* Track sales performance and account activity using CRM tools
* Prepare monthly forecasts, revenue reports, and segment reviews
* Support decision-making with accurate data insights and pipeline analysis

Governance & Standards

* Maintain full compliance with Marriott International’s brand and operational guidelines
* Act as a brand ambassador at all times, upholding the values of The St. Regis and its luxury positioning
* Ensure ethical sales practices and high service standards

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Marketing
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury hotel sales or corporate account management
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong knowledge of Dubai’s corporate and government sectors
* Arabic language skills are a plus
