Assistant Finance Manager – Jumeirah Group Corporate – Dubai

Position Overview
Jumeirah Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to support corporate financial operations, compliance, and reporting across its global hospitality portfolio. This role will ensure accurate financial data, streamline treasury activities, and drive compliance with international standards.
What You’ll Do
* Prepare statutory books and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for overseas entities.
* Deliver timely and accurate Group Reporting Pack (GRP) submissions for global consolidation.
* Manage annual audits and ensure adherence to WHT, VAT, and CIT regulations.
* Track tax filings, regulatory payments, and audit requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
* Produce detailed P&L reports, analyze variances, and provide financial insights to department heads.
* Oversee treasury functions including bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and insurance/supplier tracking.
Ideal Profile
* Chartered/Certified Accountant with prior experience in a leading global accounting firm.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant finance experience; exposure to international companies is an advantage.
* Strong command of English; additional languages preferred.
* Skilled in Oracle Fusion, HFM, Sun Systems, and Power BI (preferred).
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
