Assistant Front Office Manager – Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Position Overview
Jumeirah Group is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to join the team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on managing guest arrivals, VIP experiences, and front office operations to deliver world-class hospitality. The position requires excellent leadership, attention to detail, and strong guest engagement skills to uphold Jumeirah’s luxury service standards.

Core Duties

* Manage VIP arrivals and guest preferences by coordinating with multiple departments
* Organize timely delivery and quality checks for VIP and long-stay guest amenities
* Coordinate with reservations to ensure accurate arrival checklists and guest profiles
* Oversee expedited check-in for limousine arrivals and ensure room readiness
* Supervise lobby greeters and Guest Relations staff to maintain consistent guest support
* Ensure welcome amenities, towels, and drinks are provided to arriving guests
* Arrange guest cocktail events and coordinate attendance with hotel departments
* Engage with in-house guests to gather feedback on services and facilities
* Promote completion of guest questionnaires to support service improvement
* Lead and support Guest Services Executives and Guest Relations teams

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
* 5–8 years of experience in a front office management role within luxury hotels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
* Proven problem-solving and project management abilities
* Experience working in a multicultural hospitality environment
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
