Position Overview
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences is seeking an experienced Assistant Guest Services Manager to lead its Concierge team. This role focuses on delivering world-class guest experiences while managing operations, handling escalations, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
What You’ll Do
* Handle guest complaints professionally and follow Jumeirah complaint-handling procedures, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
* Manage daily CID reports with accuracy and compliance to input standards.
* Oversee Night Manager duties during days off and vacation periods, including auditing processes and rate discrepancy reports.
* Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and maintain quality awareness.
* Ensure complete privacy for guests and safeguard confidential information.
* Perform spot checks in Opera for guest profiles, market segmentation, and input standards; provide training for improvements.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and operational knowledge of Front Office systems (Opera).
* Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to service excellence.
