Atlantis Resorts is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Beach Bar Operations in Dubai, UAE to support the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining high standards across day-to-day operations. The position combines guest experience, team leadership, product quality and commercial performance, with particular emphasis on departmental KPIs and profitability within a luxury hospitality environment.

About the Role
Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager, you will help ensure that service and operational standards are consistently maintained throughout the beach bar operation.
The position requires a
strong understanding of the relationship between Guest, People, Product and Profit. Previous success in driving departmental KPIs across these areas is vital, alongside the ability to engage colleagues and maintain focus on the financial performance of the department.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Restaurant General Manager with daily beach bar operations.
* Help maintain the required standards of service, quality and operational performance.
* Drive departmental KPIs focused on Guest, People, Product and Profit.
* Engage and motivate colleagues through effective communication.
* Support colleague development through training and coaching.
* Contribute to a consistently high-quality guest experience.
* Monitor operational performance with attention to departmental profitability.
* Apply sound commercial judgement to day-to-day operational decisions.
* Support the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining an effective and performance-focused team.
About You
You must have at least five years of relevant beach bar experience or other experience directly related to this field. Previous international exposure within a five-star hotel environment is preferred.
A solid understanding of business acumen and overall profit and loss management is essential. The role also calls for someone capable of motivating colleagues, communicating effectively and balancing guest experience with operational and commercial priorities.
