What You’ll Do
* Manage daily operations of breakfast service, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
* Support the Outlet Manager in business growth, guest engagement, and developing loyal clientele.
* Conduct guest interactions with sensitivity and professionalism to create personalized experiences.
* Oversee inventories, order supplies, and safeguard cash handling in line with company policies.
* Monitor cashiering procedures and ensure compliance with operational requirements.
* Assist in preparing annual plans, forecasts, and departmental budgets.
* Drive profitability by managing expenses, controlling labor costs, and increasing sales.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager in a branded or standalone restaurant.
* Proven experience in breakfast or all-day dining operations.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional international language is an advantage.
* Strong F and B operational knowledge with financial acumen in budgeting and cost control.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
