About the Role
As Assistant Manager at Cloud 22, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to support daily restaurant activities and maintain an efficient, guest-focused operation.
The position requires hands-on leadership
across service delivery, colleague performance and operational controls. You will help ensure that established standards are consistently followed while contributing to profitability, employee retention and overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Operations Manager with the efficient running of daily restaurant operations.
* Support the profitability of the venue through effective operational management.
* Train and develop team members to maintain required service standards.
* Coordinate employee schedules according to operational requirements.
* Ensure company standard operating procedures, policies and procedures are consistently implemented.
* Support initiatives to minimize operating costs.
* Contribute to employee retention through effective day-to-day team management.
* Maintain a strong focus on outstanding guest service.
* Help ensure high levels of overall customer satisfaction.
* Provide hands-on leadership and support during daily operations.
About You
Candidates should have a minimum of three to five years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment. Previous international experience is preferred.
Strong team leadership skills and a high level of customer focus are important for the position. You should be comfortable working under pressure and bring a practical, hands-on management style to daily operations.
