Assistant Manager – Conferences and Events

Job Overview
Jumeirah Beach Hotel is currently seeking a **UAE National Assistant Manager – Conferences and Events** to support the planning and execution of premium hospitality functions at one of Dubai’s most iconic beachfront destinations. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the luxury events industry while working for a prestigious brand dedicated to excellence and Emirati talent development.

Job Overview
This role is integral to the coordination and delivery of high-profile conferences and events, ensuring operations run smoothly and guests receive exceptional service. As a member of the luxury events team, you will collaborate across departments, manage on-ground activities, and support financial and operational planning for event success.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in organizing and managing all aspects of events from setup to execution and post-event wrap-up
* Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly
* Supervise event teams, providing guidance, training, and on-the-ground support
* Coordinate with hotel facilities to ensure venues are prepared and fully equipped
* Track budgets, control costs, and seek efficiency improvements
* Maintain high service standards aligned with Jumeirah brand expectations

Job Requirements

* UAE National with a valid Family Book (mandatory)
* 5–8 years of relevant experience in event management or hotel operations
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
* Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple events under tight deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
