Key Responsibilities
* Support the Imperial Club Manager with daily operational oversight.
* Coordinate service across Imperial Club lounges and lobby areas.
* Monitor guest arrivals and departures to ensure smooth experiences.
* Maintain awareness of VIP guests, preferences, special occasions, and service requirements.
* Ensure in-house guests receive personalized and timely assistance.
* Supervise team members and allocate responsibilities according to operational demand.
* Prepare and coordinate employee schedules.
* Support colleague training, coaching, and professional development.
* Conduct shift briefings and communicate priorities clearly.
* Monitor service quality and provide immediate operational guidance.
* Verify consistent implementation of standard operating procedures.
* Ensure employees comply with company policies and departmental requirements.
* Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and food and beverage teams.
* Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
* Follow up on service recovery actions to confirm guest satisfaction.
* Support lounge presentation, food service, cleanliness, and readiness.
* Manage competing operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
* Assist with performance monitoring and provide constructive team feedback.
* Report operational concerns and significant guest matters to the Manager.
* Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and the overall club experience.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience within a luxury hotel.
* At least 1 year of Club Lounge or comparable experience at Assistant Manager level.
* Previous experience with an international luxury hospitality organization is preferred.
* Practical knowledge of Rooms and Front Office operations.
* Food and beverage service exposure is required.
* Demonstrated leadership and team-development experience.
* Able to coordinate schedules and deploy colleagues according to business demand.
* Strong understanding of luxury guest-service standards.
* Confident handling complex requests and service-recovery situations.
* Capable of managing multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
