Jumeirah Wild Wadi Waterpark is hiring an Assistant Manager for Lifeguard Operations. This role involves supervising lifeguard teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering world-class guest experiences in a high-energy waterpark environment.

What You’ll Do
* Manage and coordinate lifeguard deployment for optimal coverage.

* Ensure lifeguards comply with E&A standards and DAC safety protocols.
* Respond to major first aid incidents and lead emergency procedures.
* Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans for lifeguard staff.
* Work with other departments to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Sports Science, or Hospitality Management.
* 3–5 years of experience in lifeguard operations or a customer service leadership role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.
